If an athlete is unable to attend a Competitive Cheerleading practice (or leave more than 5 minutes early to arrive more than 5 minutes late), a completed Absenteeism Form is required.  The athletes are required to fill out the form and get a signature from their coach and hand it in.  This is intended to reinforce the team focus and ensure that the athlete is accountable to their team.
